Refund policy

Each NAR piece is meticulously handcrafted in Barcelona, shaped from 100% recycled borosilicate glass into one-of-a-kind creations. Because every piece is made by hand from genuine glass, it is delicate by nature. Slight imperfections and variations in colour are not flaws — they are the fingerprint of the craft, a reminder that no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Made to order
Every NAR piece is made to order. Please allow 48 hours for processing and a further 5–7 business days for crafting, as each creation takes shape by hand.

Looking for something truly your own? We welcome custom requests. Share your design ideas with us at hello@nar-official.com and we'll get back to you with a quote. Please allow 1–2 weeks of crafting time for bespoke pieces.

Shipping
We ship within Spain and worldwide, with free shipping on all orders over 100€. Each order is packaged by hand and with care, so your piece arrives as safely as it left the studio. Shipping rate and speed are chosen by you at checkout.

Once your order leaves us, it travels with an independent carrier that operates separately from NAR. From the moment we hand your parcel to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you, and we're unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If anything comes up, or you'd like to arrange an alternative shipping method, reach out any time at orders@nar-official.com.

Returns
As every piece is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. That said, your piece should always arrive in perfect condition. If it reaches you damaged or faulty, please email orders@nar-official.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your proof of purchase, a short description of the issue, and a few photos. We'll always do our best to make it right. NAR reserves the right to review and, where necessary, decline requests for returns or exchanges.
